Even It Up! aims to shift the balance of power for the jobseeker by providing information - from other jobseekers - about the recruitment processes of direct employers and recruitment companies. Information is knowledge, and knowledge is empowering!

The Lowdown tells jobseekers which workplaces and recruitment companies treat their jobseekers fairly and with respect - and which don't. Best of all, the information on the The Lowdown is FREE! All you have to do is register to gain access.

And in this time of instability and uncertainty, Even It Up! gives you a voice. You have the opportunity to tell business whether they get it right or not, and we urge you to submit your story here.
